Joe Russell, the owner of Hilltop, has been a Licensed Gunsmith for over 20 years. He was trained in Colorado and is certified in Gunsmithing, Advanced Gunsmithing, Law Enforcement Armor and Gunsmith Machine and Tool. He is an Authorized Remington Gunsmith and in 2002 serviced over 2,700 firearms.

A few Gunsmithing options Joe offers are: extensive general repair, scope mounting, drilling/tapping, rebluing, millett sight installation, barrels turned and crowned, installation of QD swivels and slings, shotgun porting, refinishing, and custom chambering.
